In 2001 the Lord opened the door to the prisons in the Philippines in a most remarkable way . The most eloquent of preachers and most qualified would find it difficult if not impossible to obtain permission to preach the Gospel in the prisons in the Philippines.   However the Lord Jesus holds the keys and in a period of 10 years the dear Lord opened the way for Brother Tony  with local pastors to proclaim Christ and Him crucified to thousands of men in  hundreds of prisons in Samar, Luzon ,Leyte, Cebu, Negros and Iloilo Islands.  It was Gods timing and for His glory in saving many hundreds of souls.
